

Catch Restaurant & Oyster Bar's Executive Chef Hayato Okamitsu and team have earned the gold medal in Canadian Culinary Championships.
Gold Medal Plates Canadian Culinary Championship was held at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel over the weekend of February 19 to 21. The competitors were the chefs who had triumphed at the Gold Medal Plates regional events across the country in the autumn of 2008.
